"We had a lovely room with a well equipped kitchenette, which we didn’t use staying just one night, it was an unexpected up! Considering we were near the train lines, it was surprisingly quiet so good sound proofing. The only minor thing was no biscuits to go with the tea/coffee! We’d go back again. There’s lots of choice for eating out around too."

"The room was too small specially if you are visiting from US. The phone was not working properly to call the number in UK. Other than everything else was good. It was a nice, walkable area by hyde park and lot shoppings options available near by. "

"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor). I had lounge access and it included a happy hour of free alcoholic drinks &...
