"Excellent location in a row of converted townhouses close to Pimlico and Victoria stations. We had lovely service from everyone, a very comfortable room, and a first-rate breakfast (free continental with the room one day and added an omelet for £6 another day). We walked nearly everywhere from here. I would readily stay here again."

The room was front-facing, as I had requested, and had great views of the street and the sky. It was basic, no-frills accommodation, and priced accordingly. Definitely value for money. I've stayed at many of the hotels on this street and this is definitely one of my favourites. I would choose it again, for sure."

"Walkable from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace. A quiet neighborhood. The room was in the 4th level with no elevator, but equipped with the necessary things to spend the night, rest and continue exploring London."

"Have stayed at the hotel twice now in past year. Very helpful staff and a great location for walking to most of the major tourist attractions in London. Plus nearby street (Warwick Way) has everything a tourist might need -- food stores, pharmacy, good restaurants, a store that sells luggage and fixes mobile phones, etc. Also near Victoria Station to catch the trains and close to two theaters."

"Great check in experience from the receptionist. Friendly and very helpful. Room was big enough for a single traveller and the shower was good.. Some train noise - not surprising given the location. Hotel well situated for eating out etc. and of course travel through/from Victoria"

"As I am on a walking stick I requested a ground floor room (Over the telephone after I had booked) but this was not adhered and I found it quite difficult getting up the fairly steep stairs. The room itself was very very small and pokey & certainly not worth the £180 charged. We booked a twin but got a double! Would I stay again - certainly not. However the staff were most nice, polite & welcoming."

"The hotel was in a good location and close to a major tube station and bus station. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The luggage storage was convenient. We were able to leave our bags before checking in and after check out so we could explore London while waiting on our flights. The staff was very helpful and kind. "
