Property description on Expedia and OYO corporate site vastly different. On-duty Manager as helpful as she could be to resolve issues. Property has been neglected although in nice, convenient area.
The room was small but efficient. The bed was excellent. The shower was good, except there were no shelves to put soap down in the stall. There were no rungs to hang towels. Service addressed concerns.

Pleasant stay. Great location.
Pleasant. Great location. So many stairs but manageable. Old building but with everything you need for a couple of days only
Super cute area, very accessibly from train station (which we took directly from the airport, couldn’t be easier) and lots of food options near by. Also close enough to busy tourist spots without being in the head of it. We checked in really early (8am) for an extra 30 pounds—totally worth it to shower, change and get on with the day. We didnt return until late night and realized we forgot to bring the door code with us. The staff were very helpful, even after hours, and helped us out when we called. Small little room but enough for what we needed! Easy key drop off to checkout the next morning. Overall it was exactly what we needed and the price point was excellent!
The place didn’t look like in the picture, when I woke up, my bed was wet because de window leek. We didn’t took a shower because it was dirty.
In general, I dont recommend this place

The location is very convenient. We enjoyed walking over to the Battersea Power Station area to take the Uber Boat and enjoyed the restaurants over there. Convenient coffee shops for a quick morning breakfast. Close to the Underground.
This hotel is very basic, if you know that going in you won't be surprised. There are beds and a bathroom, that's about it. Don't expect more. I would not recommend this hotel if you are staying in the heat of the summer, there is no a/c and there was no way to prop our extremely heavy window open to get a breeze (believe me we tried, and could only wedge some towels in to get a few inches of air), luckily there was a desktop fan in the closet.
It was fine for a few days especially because we were very on the go and just came back to the room to shower and sleep. The neighborhood is charming.
Thank you, my stay was ok, however the bathroom had an old soap bar on top of the shower, the hairdryer did not work and staff were limited and not super helpful.
The room itself had buds of cigarette when I opened the window for some air and it was very dirty and as a non smoker this did not leave me feeling great. Communication was lacking- I had sent several emails and no communication was returned before arriving at the place.
Thank you, I don’t think I can recommend this to anyone and I thank you for taking the time to carefully consider my feedback.
Our room was really bad. It looks like the people who runs the hotel don’t want their customer to come back! The outside looks good but as we walk inside our room, it looks like the room was used in horror movies. Leaks on the ceiling, mold all over the bathroom, window has no screen. We tried to open it but could not close it back. We slept with our windows open the whole time we are there. Complained but they don’t care, you lose your money if you leave. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. The reviews were very accurate! If you are a family of four, please stay away. We barely have room for our luggage. The family room is like the size of a single college dorm room. We barely have room to move. Other than it is in a good location, this hotel should not be allowed to operate. We guessed they don’t regulate their hotels here.

It was clean and convenient but a little tired.
We had a small twin room with a tiny shower room and separate toilet.
No toilet roll, we had to ask at reception.
Only one pillow each, we managed to get 1 more between us from reception but the hotel was full so there were no other spares!
BTW reception was 4 doors down the road and the planes start flying overhead at around 5am.
Stayed for the 1 night and couldn't sleep at all due to noises from a radiator. A staff hasn't done anything but closed the its valve completely. Sorry, I won't visit there again.
I booked this this hotel, for business in London, the welcome was not that welcome, thourt there would be some were to get something to get food, no information given just you are in a room in the other building, the room wasn't the great, seemed to be blood drops on the floor, not that good.
This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Arrived and had to pay before we saw the room, but were disgusted by mold and dirty sheets. We did not stay here, and immediately booked at another hotel. We were denied a refund by the rude staff. DO NOT stay here. We booked a room at The Georgian down the street and it was wonderful.
