Nice hotel but breakfast has to be included. Restaurant side little bite small but rooms are very nice. Clean and A++

We had a fantastic stay at the Belgraves and really couldn't fault anything. It was our wedding anniversary and we found that we had been upgraded & were given a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room. The room was a good size and was very stylishly decorated - as is the whole hotel. The staff were first class, very polite & friendly. We had some drinks out on the terrace which was nice and quiet & relaxing - well needed after a busy day. We also had a great breakfast in the morning - the eggs Benidict was really good. The hotel is well situated for some great shopping and also short walk from the Tube. We would definitely return.

The staff at this hotel really make the difference, the rooms are nicely appointed, and all with a great location!

When we travel to London, we always stay at the Goring. It is well located near Buckingham Palace and Green Park. The staff is warm Ang helpful. The bar is charming and food delicious. We love the rooms overlooking the garden

Every aspect of hotel first rate. Room quite small but I reserved knowing that. Location overlooking Eccleston very nice.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at The Windemer Hotel. The staff there goes above and beyond each and every day. Our room was small which for a deluxe room we expected bigger but it was clean and sufficient.

Centrally located in London minutes walk from Victoria tube station and Buckingham Palace. Staff very friendly and efficient. The room was quiet at night even though right downtown! Excellent food available late for after we returned from a bus tour!

I was looking for a regular base to see my son and his girlfriend as they now work in London and couldn't be more happy with my stay at The Arts Residence. I was concerned a little about staying 2 nights on my own but the hotel was charming, friendly and also family pleasing. The adjacent cafe/restaurant was a bonus and a very relaxing experience bearing in mind I was on my own. The food was also delicious as to was the decor. The position of the hotel was also perfect for walking or a quick taxi to all the places I had planned to visit. I will certainly use again.
