The velvet on the walls and upholstered areas are impeccable. The rooms are nicely appointed with large bathroom. The price is great! Cookies are in the room at check in. The breakfast is great with made to order hot breakfast items. The staff give great history lessons on the hotel and places to visit while in London! We will return ! "

"We were asked to do without daily room clean and accepted a complimentary bottle of wine. As we stayed for 3 nights, I felt it was too long to go without having bathroom cleaned and bins emptied. Would have been better to be offered a part service."
