The staff are wonderful - incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly (they helped me get last minute show tickets on my most recent stay). Great room - quiet with wonderful amenities. "

"Super cute area, very accessibly from train station (which we took directly from the airport, couldn’t be easier) and lots of food options near by. Also close enough to busy tourist spots without being in the head of it. We checked in really early (8am) for an extra 30 pounds—totally worth it to shower, change and get on with the day. We didnt return until late night and realized we forgot to bring the door code with us. The staff were very helpful, even after hours, and helped us out when we called. Small little room but enough for what we needed! Easy key drop off to checkout the next morning. Overall it was exactly what we needed and the price point was excellent!"
