"Good Bar abd atmosphere"

"Good location as near to Victoria Station but in a quiet back street and close to the river. The hotel is classed as a 4 star hotel but room lacked a few items that other 4 star hotels have. I stayed in a single room and there was no luggage stand, no bathrobe and no toothbrush holder. The tea tray could have had a better selection of tea and coffee. There was 2 bottles of water which were refreshed every day. Breakfast is buffet style with a good selection of hot food, continental, cereals. However as the hotel is highly staffed the service is excellent. Would stay again as good value for money. "

"Great location, clean and well maintained throughout, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Slightly off-putting that a £15 per night discretionary service charge is added to the bill and even by London standards the breakfast is very expensive "
