"The staff were all very friendly and helped me with some document printing (really appreciated). The location is close to Victoria station and coach station as we mainly had to access different spots via these two. They provided daily room service and free breakfast which were great things that made people save money and time. There was a Tesco Express nearby and some restaurants were good (Nandos…). If a luggage storage service is needed and a 24/7 reception would help your arrival, I do recommend this hotel to tourists. The quadruple room is big enough to accommodate 4 people and 4 pieces of luggage. The showroom is very small but that enlarges a big room space. No lifts in the hotel, if carrying heavy luggage or with little kids, it’s better to request for a ground floor or… Btw, when taking the free breakfast, Only take a drink on your own, cos the ladies will bring you toasts, jelly, eggs, veggie sausages, and baked beans with your preference (just sit and wait).😆"
