"Great hotel with open bar in the heart of San Juan. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms were clean but due to the high humidity make sure to leave the AC with fan on. You can park in a nearby parking structure. There is no on site parking. "

"The was only one negative about our stay it being there were no washcloths in our room which we would've appreciated. The positives far outweigh that one negative including the staff was great and offered excellent recommendations for local To Do's & restaurants and the shuttle to Old San Juan was a great resource"

"We had a short family trip for 5 days. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a variety of continental food. The pool is great for kids with the small water park including a bucket I enjoyed that. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who travel and wants to stay in the city. The free shuttle to old San Juan, the Beach and T-Mobile area was the icing on the top."
