We had multiple problems with the room. The bathroom door lock was not working and they were not able to fix it. We called for the same problem multiple times as we were traveling with a young male. Then the fridge stopped working and all our food and my mom’s insulin went bad. I kept trying to call the front desk but the phones didn’t work half the time. I had to talk to the manager about all the issues and, thankfully, he gave us a new room. The food and drinks were very expensive. The only highlight of that place was “Rose,” she is the pool bar tender. She was super friendly, sweet, nice and professional.

El personal es muy servicial. Hubieron 3 personas del personal que dieron un extra. Soy malo para recordar nombres. La muchacha que arreglo la caja fuerte, un muchacho de limpieza qué me busco agua, café y se puso a mi disposición siempre y un muchacho en la recepción para la cafetería que me consiguió agua que pregunte para comprar y me consiguió gratis. Ah y la muchacha para el check- out siempre con una sonrisa y amabilidad. En verdad el personal es lo mejor y la picina.

Fuimos para el concierto de OC y con la familia, esta vez si pudimos disfrutar mejor. El staff de la piscina fue muy servicial, mis nenes lo disfrutaron. El desayuno muy variado para los que son mañosos. El curso limpio, el aire cómodo y el servicio a la habitación excepcional. Vuelvo pronto!
