I have never traveled to PR so much in 1 year. But my mother passed and I have had to. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. I had some trouble with the internet but other than that the service and the facilities were phenomenal.

Overall, I had a good stay. The rooms were cute, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with plenty of places nearby. The only issue we had was that the TV didn't work on our first night. We called the front desk, but no one came to fix it until the next day. The pool area is nice, although it's on the smaller side. One perk is that the bar will serve drinks right to you at the pool, which was a nice touch. The biggest downside was the daily $17 credit they offer for snacks and other miscellaneous items. They make it sound like a complimentary credit that you should use before midnight each day, but when you check out, you'll see you're actually charged the $17 per day (plus tax) whether you use it or not. Most of the items available can be purchased for much less across the street at the supermarket or gas station. My advice: if you don't plan on using the credit, tell them at check-in that you don't want it. Other than that, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

Hotel was clean the entirety of my time there. Pool was cleaned gym was very neat. ALL of the staff was incredibly courteous and respectful. The front desk staff made check in extremely easy as I was arriving after check in hours but it was no hassle for them. The valet was top tier never had to wait for their service and opened every single door of the vehicle for myself my wife and kids. Valet greeted us every instance we passed by then whether picking up our vehicle or as pedestrians. The staff in the kitchen was top notch food was great and every order was fulfilled perfectly. Zero complaints with this property will 100 percent be returning on my next trip.

Hotel was at a great location, walking distance to the super market, good eats, & literally 10 min to old San Juan. I would highly recommend this place. We rented a car and although it was $20 a day for parking they are very prompted it having your car ready when needed. You also get a credit for drinks and snacks and there’s a nice restaurant on site. The staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean.

The room was spotless the staff very courteous. The location is good you can the nearby attractions easily. If you are renting a car there is an in and out charge for the day. On the other hand there are places near the hotel to grab a bite to eat.

I didn't like the facility, there was no balcony, water is only available on a daily purchase allowance. Food is only offered thru purchase at the restaurant down stairs. The staff was very nice but as far as whats offered, quite lacking. If you drink tea, there are no tea bags or water available. There's no real milk for coffee, just powered ingredients. I will not stay in this facility again. I expect more for my hard earned money.

If you’re planning to rent a car you’ll have to pay $20.00 per day. There’s no parking space in the hotel. They use valet parking. However, bus going to old San Juan passes by a few steps outside the hotel entrance making it ideal to go back and forth without paying anything. Fare is free
