"Overnight stay in Santa Cruz with my Wife - Hotel beds were terrible - Asked for double-Got singles and mine tipped over in the night sending me sprawling to the floor. Room was uber basic, far too hot and sweaty and the ceiling fan made next to no difference. Had to open all windows and listen to street noise all night to be able to breathe. Bathroom very tired with hairs in the bath and an absolutely useless shower. Also, bathroom window was essentially hanging off. Overall decor poor...

"Mix of people stay from groups of girls and lads to families and couples, pool can become very busy later afternoon, rooms are clean and tidy. Very quiet in room at night to sleep. Easy walkable to beaches and Siam park. After check out they have a shower and give you new towels to use for them if you ask at front desk "

"Really clean and nice room. They supplied all the bathroom necessities and there was no smell. Really amazing deal but they dont have wifi which is really inconvenient since i had no reception from my room. "

"Overall terrible experience. The bed for uncomfortable the room was hot and outdated and the towels were like cardboard. We asked to be reimbursed for the night we weren’t going to use because it was that bad and we found another hotel. "Check in was easy. But the Vibe here is strange. I was in a room where at least three staff members were sleeping. Inwas asked on the first day if I wanted to join a "special dinner" for €10 made by one of the workers. After seeing the kitchen I couldn't have brought myself to eat anything cooked in there. "

"Arrived late and tired, Jesus was very helpful and got me settled right away. The next day or so I was lucky to get a lower bunk which was much easier. Everything else was walking distance, bars,cafes and restaurants. Buses too."
