The room was excellent, I’ve stayed at the Barcelo which is a 4 star hotel and the room was much nicer in decor and cleanliness at Vagilia park. The hotel was fully booked so the receptionist couldn’t give me a room with a better view but it was ok. Other areas of the hotel do need improving such as swimming area and the jacuzzi needs to be heated this time of year (Feb). The location of the hotel could be better but the locals and food places are awesome. Check out the Italian around the corner from the hotel (Fettuccini I think). The staff are very nice too. Definitely would stay again!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The furniture was good. Mattress very comfortable. Kitchen well-equipped but no oven. Good facilities for children. Breakfast okay. My only complaint is that the lifeguard refused to let my child use a large rubber ring in the swimming pool, claiming that it was an air mattress. This made me very angry.

Needs an update

Only stayed one night and it was very good value but very dated .Fridge all rusty and that bad the maintenance man brought us a brand new one! Kitchen very small , extractor fan and extractor light not working. Very basic . No wifi in room, small tv although could get some english. Sunbathing on roof very nice , wonderful views

Un apartamento sencillo con buenas instalaciones. La piscina con el jacuzzi y las vistas son una maravilla. El gimnasio no es gran cosa, pero sirve para hacer algo en vacaciones. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Pas de climatisation et des nuisances sonores, impossible de passer une nuit de plus dans l’hôtel malgré les fenêtres ouverte pour essayer de faire rentrer de l’air qui été au passage plus frais dehors. Les photos de la piscine vendent du rêve… Dommage car une belle vue depuis la chambre et la terrasse sur les falaises de Los Gigantes ! Malgré cela je tiens à souligner que les personnes à l’accueil ont été très sympathique et nous ont bien renseignés.

C’était une très belle chambre avec vue mer. En revanche, il faut noter que nous avions tous les matins, le camion de poubelle qui passait et qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. De plus, les femmes de ménage ne passait pas tous les jours donc des fois le ménage n’était pas fait. D’une autre 1 des piscines était fermée et il n’y avait plus de table de ping-pong. Mise à part dans sa globalité, la chambre était très bien le le quartier où l’on était était très sympa. L’hôtel était bien avec beaucoup de choses à disposition. En revanche il faut noter qu’il fournisse seulement quelques échantillons pour les gel douche ou shampooing donc il faut en ramener soi-même. Si t’es tout de même une très bonne expérience et un très bon voyage.

Bell'appartamento. Ci è piaciuto molto. La piscina è freddissima. Non capisco come faccia ad essere così fredda nonostante le alte temperature all'esterno. È letteralmente impossibile entrare.

Twee nachten niet geslapen. Kamer was niet te koelen. Het was warm en benauwd. Ventilator was onvoldoende. Bij ventileren last van geluiden uitgaansleven. Kan mij niet voor stellen dat hier niet meerdere mensen over hebben geklaagd. Wij gaan vandaag naar een ander hotel.

Veldig fint hotell for en billig penge.

Fine bassenger, fin utsikt, greit hotell. Noe støy fra gata på rommet vårt, men sånn er det jo bare. Veldig mye hotell for prisen, og ble helt ærlig svært positivt overrasket over hva som møtte oss. Flotte bassengområder og solplasser.

Todo estupendo , amabilidad de las camareras de piso y recepcion , el inconveniente es para los niños q la piscina cierra a las seis y el parque tb , el socorrista de la piscina de la azotea entre los dias 27 y 29 fue muy antipatico , desagradable y poco don de gente , cuando se trabaja de cara al publico tiene q tener tacto y amabilidad lo cual este señor carece . Gracias por todo

Hébergement dans l’ensemble correct. La literie mériterai d’être changées. Le plus gros problème étant l’insonorisation de l’appartement et des chambres. Ne compter pas dormir avant 00h pour un réveil au max à 8h. Beaucoup de bar, passage et travaux autour et des fenêtres en simple vitrage
