"My stay at Sol Tenerife was well above expectations..on arrival felt completely covid safe the hotel was clean as a whistle and regularly checked and cleaned. My room was cleaned everyday with new linen and towels ..the maids were really friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Reception staff were brilliant and responed to requests very quickly. The arrivals process was quick and easy a d covid safe. The only real niggle i had was that there was only 2 lift for 11 floors catch it at the wrong time you could wait a bit but tbh this is nothing. Overall the holiday was amazing and the staff hotel and service were fantastic.. Well done"

"Nice hotel with good pool facilities. Very little choice of drinks in the bar, and breakfast buffet limited for a 4 star hotel. Room spacious and with great views, very clean. Requested to use the hotel parking but was told it was full with no further info or letting me know when a space would come available."

"The hotel was refurbished while closed for lockdown. It is fabulous beautiful hotel. 4 swimming pools plenty of space and sunbeds. The staff are very helpful and the food is amazing with plenty of choice and hot too. The rooms have everything apart from no tea tray, normal for spain."
