"This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues). "Great place in London, so conveniently located, right next to transportations stations. Overground, Train and Underground with the Jubilee line. Easy access to downtown London. The Guesthouse is clean and great affordability for London. we got a enovated bathroom. Staff was nice and we encountered no issues with this stay. will book again."

"We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."

"Great value for money! Hard to find but the guy on reception helped direct us. The mattress was very hard so slightly uncomfortable sleep and the apartment above us were noisy, sounded like they were moving furniture around! Overall clean, central and fab value for money! Would stay again and recommend to a friend. "
