Super helpful hotel staff and location next to Harrods make this hotel a geat choice.

Staff are super helpful, you get what you pay for with the room so if you are looking for the ritz, i suggest you stay at the ritz

The staff at this hotel really make the difference, the rooms are nicely appointed, and all with a great location!

Would of been nice if you could store your luggage on site before check inn. Great location for site seeing and close to train stations. Great grocery shop near by and also nice pubs.

This hotel is 45-60 minutes from London city center. Bus 82 goes to Victoria, and bus 113 goes to Oxford Circus. Both pass several tube stations en route, making it easy to transfer from bus to tube and speed up the journey. The lovely Filipino family that runs this hotel were so warm and helpful, and the English breakfast was fantastic (eggs, toast, beans, sausage, bacon, and cereal/jam/cheese if desired). My son ate it like a champ! Being on a rather busy corner, it was a tad noisy at night. The location and time to travel to the city center, too, made it a bit inconvenient.

The hotel had the feel of being in a nicely appointed home. The staff tried to accommodate our requests. Our only complaint was the room was warm, we couldn't turn the temperature down, and the maintenance man couldn't seem to fix the problem while we were there. The comforter/duvet was too warm at night so the staff provided us with a flat sheet which helped, plus we kept the windows open to let in some cooler air. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a small refrigerator with water and soft drinks. A bottled water was left next to the bed each night.

Clean, well decorated, smart. Surprisingly good breakfast included in the room rate. Complimentary tea and coffee delivered to your room. Rooms a little small but ok for a short stay. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We stayed in room 3 which is in the basement, it has a small court, which lets some light in, but you pretty much need the lights on all the time. Few small problems mentioned by previous guest were still not resolved, although the lack of glasses was sorted the next day, when we mentioned it on Expedia, The shower for example, drained slowly, so quickly filled, not helped by a plug hole full of hairs and clearly not cleaned for a while. Lights needed replacing and the microwave oven hadn't been cleaned properly, so smelt when used. Also we had fairly quite fellow guests above, but still heard them walking around, so not very good sound proofing. That said it was pleasant enough, clean ( apart from the shower), check in was easy ( they send you a code for the door and a code for the box which has your key a few days before hand) and the venue was great minutes from the tube and shops. So we would stay there again, just not in that flat!

This is a high-end boutique hotel in an amazing location; it's 5 minutes from the Museum of Natural History / Victoria and Albert Museum, as well as 5 minutes the other direction from Harrods. It's also surrounded by a bunch of good restaurants and grocery stores if you need anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and gave us a free upgrade on arrival, which was awesome. Our room blew us away in its size, lighting, comfort and decor, and was immaculate down to the very last detail. The only problem we had was with the bathroom, which is quite small at about what I would guess is 5sqm2, so it's pretty tiny compared to the size of the room. They also missed a detail where you can't completely rest the toilet lid as it bumps into the flush handle. Not a big problem but I wonder how they got everything right but that. Oh, and the rooms don't have a full body mirror for the ladies. One thing; most of the guests seemed to be older and English, we didn't feel like we really fit in especially in such a small hotel with maybe 30 rooms at the most. There was a fire alarm problem and the manager came to speak to the guests during breakfast but it was pretty clear she didn't know how to talk to us (Asians) compared to the other older English couples at breakfast. Not a huge problem -- it will have to figure out how to move with the times. Would definitely come back here again.
