"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. "The standard room we had was very clean, but the whole room was very, very tired and needs all the fitted furniture replaced. The mini fridge wasn’t working. The staff were very helpful and polite. But for what the room cost us it was ok for one night."

"Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"

"Room was so tiny, my friend got stuck on a different floor and couldn’t get up to ours, I had to go to the front desk to be able to get her. Nice location, staff was ok."
