"Great stay, indeed. Very comfortable bed and very attentive and accommodating hotel staff. Small downside was that there was a fire alarm at 6am that jolted us out of bed and it’s quite pricey, but then again it’s London. "

"We stayed one night before a 9am Eurostar. The room was quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Storage was good and electrical points everywhere. The hotel bars and restaurants were exemplary and wonderful places to hang out. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a joy to be able to leave the hotel almost directly to Eurostar check in. The spa experience was a little mixed. It felt very busy in the pool area and was noisy so wasn’t actually pleasant to relax in...

"It was very hot. Couldn’t figure out the a/c. Old window coverings and furniture. Slipped in the bathtub needs a grab bar. Banging at 4am from next door. It’s big apt but not worth the price. "
