The property was okay for the price we paid. However we had a bad experience with one of the staff member. As there was no one at the reception for the check in we call the number provided. The girl on the phone gave us the code to enter and the room number over the phone. We got to the room ( top floor with no lift ) we check and there were no key to lock the room. I called again the girl over the phone … she kept saying it was there and then she changed the story saying that the previous customer thrown away the key. I told her that I understand but I need the key as we can’t leave our luggage and personal belongings unattended. She then said she was coming to the building. We waited for around 20 min in the room and no sign of her. I called her again and she is telling she was downstairs. We went downstairs and she started saying that she needs to look for a copy of the key. If you know you have a booking coming you should be ready with the key. Anyway except for the key experience the location of the hotel is great. Not too far from Kilburn and Willesden Green.also there are a lot of shops and pubs nearby.
