"Such lovely people, staff and travelers, extremely clean, safe, beautiful and well maintained, safe lockers for valuables and luggage, walking distance to great transportation, lift was very appreciated for moving luggage and after long days of walking around and I met so many lovely people from all over the place. I really cannot say anything bad about my lengthy stay here. I WILL come back and miss everyone I’ve met. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful. "

"The hotel itself was 3 of the row houses converted. They left the old English charm inside. The location of the hotel is just a 4 minute walk to the underground-which made getting around easy. The breakfast was fantastic and served the classic English food plus cereals, breads, pastries, cold cuts. We would stay here again. "
