One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times). "

This is obviously a very minor point but it would be good to streamline the process a bit. I would both recommend and stay again in a heartbeat given the quality and location."

"there was a gum stain on the ground of our room, our room was quite hot (the ac did not work), and the room had run out of soap before we got there. however the staff were incredibly kind, and the general vibe was good. thank you!"
