"Excellent cost performance"
To stay in the center of Roma can be very expensive. This hotel is very nice to stay in altghough I paid only less than 100 Euro. Of counrse, this hotel cannot be as good as other luxurious hotels, however, to take a rest and sleep at this hotel is no issue at all.

"Wow! An amazing hotel!"
The location for this hotel is FANTASTIC. Bed and breakfast style, and the rooms are small; however, they have made the best use of the space. Everything from the front desk to the rooms all have a nice elegant touch. The breakfast was brought to our room, and it was very punctual. Above all, we went out of our way to write this review because of Anna Maria at the front desk. She was amazing, and was always attentive to make sure we had all the correct information and even went out of her way to reserve our tickets at the Colosseum. She always made sure we were the most comfortable as possible, and provided pristine customer service.

"Nice hotel close to main sites "
Nice hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was decent. Locals were very friendly. Metro station less than 5 minutes away although we would recommend you to walk to the tourist sites as you see much more of Rome. Hotel was a bit difficult to find initially but it is very close to Ciampino airport - short bus ride and a few stops on the metro. The only downfall to the hotel was the bed - it was extremely hard and very difficult to get a good nights sleep after long days of walking around Rome.

"Very nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful"
Stayed with my family for three nights. Great place to satay and Massimo was helpful from the day I made the reservation. With his many years of working in the same industry, He knew what exactly the expectation of his guests. Replied to all my queries and made it very easy for me by arranging the airport pickup. With the warm welcome by Massimo, he explained everything about Rome and the easy ways to go into any attractions. He continued the same every morning when we were having the breakfast. With his very helpful guidance, we managed to visit almost all the places by walking and didn't miss anything. It saved us the money that we were ready to pay for sight seen busses. The room was very spacious and the facility was excellent. We had no problem at all and definitely stay there on our next visit to Rome. Big thanks to Massimo for everything he did for us to make us comfortable and our visit to Rome memorable.

"Basic, no frills, excellent location for the price"
If you want a basic no frills bed and a bathroom type of place this is the place for you. The price was excellent, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it was walkable to most of the main sites in Rome. We arrived late, after our minibus shuttle couldn't find the place and did panic as there was nobody answering the bell, but calling the number on the board on the wall summoned a very helpful man although he was the only person we saw all stay, but then we we only came back to sleep and shower! Breakfast (coffee & croissant) is not worth the walk up the road unless you are on a really really tight budget, but there is a kitchen for residents use and a fridge in the room. All in all a good basic b&b.

"Lovely B&B right by San Pietro"
We had a perfect room, with a double bed and two bunk beds, with a view toward San Pietro, 5 minutes' walk away. (San Pietro train station is only 3 - 4 minutes away; so great location.) The apartment is spotless, and Alexandra and Amadeo were very gracious hosts. They also recommended a great little restaurant, Goose, just one block away. We were more than satisfied with our stay.
