"Nice hotel and close to everything"
Stayed for 4 nights and really clean. Room had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and the breakfast choice was really good something for all tastes, 6.45am to 10.30am. Room was really hot at night but this was due to it being 22 degrees outside, we did ask the hotel staff to turn the heating off but made no difference. Air con would have been nice. Room was tastefully decorated and very modern including great ensuite. Mini fridge good to have for drinks and coffee/tea/kettle a bonus too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and great service all round. It would have been good to know upfront when booking that as well as the tax to be paid straight to the hotel on check out of 6 euros per person per night, we were also asked for a 50 euro deposit, refundable on check out? However the deposit covered the tax on check out. Friday and Saturday night the hotel put a free buffet on in the bar and on reception there is juice, water, coffee and pastries available all day. On the evening there is a security person outside the hotel and this made us feel safe and not just anyone could wonder in. Hotel is situated so that you can walk to all the attractions or there is a metro service at Termini just 5 minutes walk away. Really recommend this hotel to all and our stay was great especially as it was to celebrate my 50th birthday.

"Lovely hotel close to the colosseum"
Lovely hotel, situated in the back street off a main road leading to the colosseum. 1 minute walk to Cavour metro stop. Nice local restaurants within walking distance. The only slight negative was the size of the shower and the view from our room "206" Reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable- always pleasant to talk to

"Fair value, close to Roma Termini & Metro"
Close to Roma Termini & Metro stations, but walking cobbles & curbs along the way and steps up into hotel made handling luggage difficult. Desk staff cordial. Room small with outdated furnishings & fixtures, mattress uneven (read: well used), shower stall tiny & slightest touch of water control could result in blast of scalding hot water. €8 pp for breakfast bar a bit steep - should be included in room rate. Hotel gracious enough to hold our luggage for a few hours after check-out while we continued to tour. Fair value overall.

"Good"
I will probably stay here again. It is a 10 minute walk away from Vatican City/museum. It's a quiet hotel. They offer breakfast every morning at 7am for 9 euros. The only bad part is sometimes the only elevator is broken..I didn't mind but if my parents were there it would've been disastrous because they can't climb stairs.

"The right hotel in the central location."
It was a great experience. Modern and clean bathrooms, lovely terrace and very friendly staff. The lobby and bar are cozy. Very close to the Spanish Steps. Very modern amenities. Very decent breakfast with super friendly staff. Only problem is the twin beds too small, 90 cms.

"Perfect Weekend "
Lovely Hotel every little detail thought of in room, staff cant do enough for you, my only niggle would be the rooms are so very small however we barely spent any time in the room ... definitely needed air con as it got very warm in the night even with the window open and it was only April.. if you are only going for 2 or 3 nights don't bother with hair dryer/shampoo/shower gel all there plus shower caps fluffy towels ... mini bar etc ... Breakfast has everything you need to eat and is included in price. Hotel close to gardens, lovely shops within 5 min walk say 10 mins to Spanish Steps ... Trevi Fountain a slow 30 min meander through the streets it really is the ideal place to stay for all of the sights, we didn't use the tram we walked to everything so we got to sample bars cafes along the way. Hotel happy hour between 5-10pm drinks half price with a lovely buffet very well worth getting back to the hotel for. Price wise its at the top end of the market but it was a special occasion for us so it was well worth it. Couldn't fault it and cant wait to come back.

"Boutique hotel in excellent location. "
Lovely boutique hotel very close to the Trevi fountain. We had a classic room but would recommend you upgrade to a room with an outdoor patio area. They looked lovely and we did try to get an upgrade but unfortunately all booked out. Very peaceful area, comfy beds and very clean throughout. Good shower and bathroom. Nice to have mini bar but tea and coffee in the room is definitely needed. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very attentive and pleasant throughout our stay.

"Great location, across street from Villa Borghese!"
I booked this hotel because it was right across from the Villa Borghese and I knew I would be able to walk across the street and go for a run in the park every single day of my trip. The entire surrounding neighborhood is safe (I'm a female who was traveling solo) as I walked EVERYWHERE from the hotel the entire trip, even at nighttime (up until around 10PM or so) and never once felt unsafe. Very nice area of Rome to stay in and would stay here again. Side note- I cannot express an opinion about the dining at this hotel as I didn't eat here once. This was my third trip to Rome so I was familiar enough with the surrounding area that I opted to eat all of my meals away from the hotel.
