Friendly staff but not obtrusive. Clean and modem. Helpful.
Very nice stay. Close to local community restaurants.
Nice modern hotel. Cannot fault it. Use of smart phone is an excellent idea.
The rooms are very small, even for Europe. The staff was very inviting & extremely knowledgeable of the area. The room key had to be returned every time you left the hotel which was quite unusual to get use to.
The employees at the front desk were extremely helpful! They were kind and welcoming. The rooftop bar had incredible views and the employees were social and warm.
Hotel was ideally situated for sightseeing and had a lovely roof top terrace. The staff were very friendly and all spoke very good English. The rooms are a bit dated and only had one electrical socket which was a slight inconvenience.
Really good location right by the collosseum and Roman Forum, and staff are really friendly and helpful
The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Fresh and delicious! The staff was always welcoming, kind, and helpful.
Great location. A few minutes walk from the Pantheon and other ancient sites. Quiet rooms. Love it. Great Gin Bar and helpful staff.
