"Cute hotel near Roma Termini"
Thank you to the sweetest staff at Stargate. The English and Italian barrier was strong but they helped me so much. The location is great and the hospitality even better. The place doesn't look like much but the room was very clean and the price was perfect. Pastries and coffee for breakfast are wonderful. Thank you Stargate for a wonderful 5 night stay. The staff made the trip :)

"Great location and value!"
Within easy walking distance of Termini Station, Santa Maria Maggiore, Palatine Hill, Forum and Colosseum. Also, very close to Metro station. Hotel itself is off of main street and therefore extremely quiet. The rooftop bar is wonderful and offers great views of the city. Rooms are basic, but very comfortable with good heat and A/C. Shower had good water pressure. Standard European breakfast included, more than enough to prepare you for the day ahead. Basic Wi-Fi included. Front desk is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is near Monti, which is one of the best food districts in Rome.

"Great location for staying in Rome! "
Location was perfect & overall the hotel is a very good stay. Family room was fairly small with small niggles like the shower head was broken and wouldn't point over the shower. Staff were friendly & although our payment of room tax hadn't been recorded & so were asked for it again, the issue was resolved quickly. Good breakfast. Would stay again for location & price.

"Good hotel"
I loved that the hotel dates back to the 18th century. It gives it character. The plumbing could use a little updating, however (our toilet didn't flush very well). The front desk did send someone up a couple of times and offered to change our room, but we were only there for 3 nights so we didn't switch and didn't let it bother us. Housekeeping was very thorough, so our room was always clean and beds made. The breakfast was fantastic and the terrace beautiful. The hotel was in a good location. Just steps away was the Via del Corso, which has lots of shopping and restaurants. It is also near the Pantheon. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

"Quaint Hotel overlooking the Trevi Fountain"
Comfortable, clean and un-fussy with polite and helpful staff. This hotel is all about the location. The breakfast room was idyllic with open windows overlooking the Trevi Fountain, with all the hubbub of people admiring the fountain and the sound of the water flowing from the fountain and the cheers when there was a marriage proposal ! It was also perfect for a nightcap. TIP : If you plan to propose to your beloved then go at 5am as then it WILL be romantic as you will get the place to yourselves !

"Nice hotel Great location "
No complaints, I would definitely return to this hotel. My favourite things were the location, steps from the Metro or an easy walk to Terminii. The breakfast started my day nicely. The room was clean & comfortable.

"Fantastic value for money"
We stayed here for my partner's 50th birthday and were very happy overall with the hotel. It's central location was perfect for sightseeing. It is very close to the Trevi Fountain (we walked to this most days), the Coliseum (15 minutes) and the Vatican (40 minutes). There are restaurants, bistros and shops all within easy walking distance. The rooms were perfectly adequate and very comfortable. Despite its central location the room was very quiet at night. The breakfast consisted of a continental selection of cereals, toast, croissants, tea and coffee. There was a selection of cheese and meats for those wanting a savoury selection. I would recommend this hotel and definitely come back if returning for another visit to Rome.

"Nice hotel, excellent location."
A nice hotel, with modern and very clean rooms! The location is just right for walking, near Termini, not far from the old center. The continental-plus breakfast was also very good. An excellent value.
