"Great Room, few complaints!"
This hotel was located in a great place in Rome. It's surrounded by all of the shopping and thus near all the hustle and bustle. The hotel itself was very tiny, but nice. The woman we met at reception was friendly and very helpful. I would worn future travelers that like other boutique hotels in Italy this one is not very obvious. When you approach the entrance you have to ring the intercom up to the hotel to ask to be let in. The elevator was tiny, we could only fit one person with both pieces of luggage in at a time. When we left in the morning the elevator wasn't operating so we had to carry our luggage down 3-4 flights of stairs which was less than ideal. My only real complaint about the hotel was that they didn't have 24-hour reception. They did have someone you could call at any time who could be there in 5 minutes which was great. But we had a shuttle that was picking us up at 7:30AM when no one was at reception. This meant we left the building with no way to get back in to wait for the shuttle outside. In doing so we cut any potential access to a phone. So when our shuttle didn't show up we had no way to contact the service because we didn't have international calling available on our phones. We ended up having to pay for a cab to get to the airport and foregoing the fees we paid for the shuttle.

"Rooftop restaurant not available. Great otherwise."
The staff was extremely helpful. Rooms very clean. Would definitely stay at a 47 Hotel again. The advertisement for the Hotel was misleading. The picture shows the beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant but it was closed. No other nice place to have dinner

"The hotel was in a lovely part of Rome"
We were welcomed and upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely but there is building work going on less that 10m away which started at 7am and involved drilling making it impossible to enjoy a relaxing sleep.

"Nice hotel, convenient location"
We had a very satisfying stay at Hotel Isa while visiting Rome for a week. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. The rooms were quite nice and we liked the modern decor. The hotel location in Pratti turned out to be an excellent choice for our family. Pratti is a quieter neighborhood although it has a lot of shops, cafes and good restaurants. It is located just a 10 minute walk to Vatican City and is also a short walking distance (right across the river) from many sites most tourists like to visit (the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori.) There was a great breakfast served daily on the 6th floor Terrace, with a view of Saint Peters. The Terrace bar was also open for drinks in the evening.

"Good location"
Not where you would expect to find a lovely hotel but it's squeezed into a great spot. Lovely rooms, not much of a view even from the breakfast drinks terrace but there's lots of other things to look at in Rome!

"Perfect location walking distance to everything "
Excellent customer service friendly staff clean rooms more than expected, I walk to piazza Venezia, trevi fountain, piazza di spagna, popolo, colosseum, cheap food nearby full of high name brands store near the hotel, cheap restaurants nearby if you are taking a cruise like us just take the train is only 4euros vs 120 for the taxi to civitavecchia the hotel gave us a map they even have umbrellas how cool is that lol if you are going to Vatican City just take the bus in front of the colosseum for 1 euro just ask people are extremely friendly we ask for directions and walk like crazy in case you get lost, just take a taxi but this hotel help us save a lot of money because they included breakfast and you have a high quality espresso machine inside room also they have bread and coffee for customers all day long. We definitely will be back very convenient thank you everyone from the cuevas family nov,2015

"Lovely hotel well situated in Rome"
Lovely hotel, located right next to the Vatican City and walking distance to many main visitor attractions. Having a lovely outdoor pool to come back to for a couple of hours of R&R were a bonus after hours of sightseeing. Only downside we could find was that we struggled to get the air conditioning to be effective so slept with the windows open but all in all, loved the hotel and would definitely go back.

"Fabulous hotel near the Villa Borghese."
Two blocks from the Via Veneto, near the Villa Borghese. Greeted by helpful, friendly staff on every occasion we needed assistance. We were upgraded (I hadn't stayed in Rome for over 30 years so there was no special relationship to merit the upgrade) to a room on the top floor with views overlooking the city. Should I return to Rome in the next dozen years, this is definitely where I will look to stay.
