My family arrived bout 5 hours before check-in and the staff, especially Adam, worked exceptionally hard to get our rooms ready so we only waited 1 hour. The location is perfect for sightseeing. All the major monuments and attractions were walking distance. "

Staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very up to date, clean and comfortable in regards to staying there for several days. Great restaurants all around especially those mom and pop hole in the wall places that have great food.I would stay there again. On the other side of things travelocity notes all I will be paying upon check out is the city tax of 7.50 euros per person per day (67.5 Euro) nothing about a 3% tip added on to the bill which jacked the bill up approx 30 Euros before converted into USD"
