She spent about 30 minutes with us on Saturday night the 18th helping us figure out how to enter our Covid test results to our app and print so that we could check into our flight. It's been 40 years since we stayed in Rome proper. So it was important that this start to a 40th anniversary trip be perfect. It was pretty much that. Hard to find any real flaws. Super location but still quiet in the room. Superb view from the roof Terrace for drinks. Helpful and extremely pleasant staff. Lovely breakfast served by the staff once you point of your choices. An active Piazza all night but never any noise despite the crowds. Comfortable beds, great bathroom, and wonderful showers.

The location was amazing. I checked in around 10:20pm and the receptionist asked me if I already had dinner, to what I answered no. He immediately picked up the phone and contacted several restaurants close to the property, and find me one that was exceptional. Thank you for the professionalism.
