"We stayed at Relais de l’Opera for 3 nights and overall the stay was fine. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. The location is truly perfect, within walking distance to everywhere, with plenty of lovely dining options nearby and a great café just downstairs. However, the rooms would really benefit from a proper renovation. While it was clear the staff did their best with cleaning, some issues could not be resolved without a full refurbishment. The entire floor also had a strange smell, and the interior design was not particularly appealing."
