Excellent stay in Rome
First room had shower which leaked badly. It was apparent that someone had attmpted to fix problem but to no avail. Another room was offered the following day and the offer was accepted. Staff extremely helpful and friendly and accommodation spotless. Excellent location. We were advised upon checking in that the breakfast room was closed for maintenance and that we would have room service. This was the situation for all of the 3 nights we were there, which was not ideal, although the quality of the breakfast items was good. We were given the opportunity to eat our room service breakfast in the breakfast room on our final morning, but we declined. Had I known before booking that the breakfast room would be closed durimg our stay then I would probably have looked elsewhere.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff are extremely good and very helpful. They made it feel like home. However, rooms are very very tiny and dark, but I was okay with that as I was there only to sleep and remaining time I was exploring Rome
