We found it a bit hard to find as the entrance is not boldly signposted and is overshadowed by the busy-ness of all the restaurants etc around the piazza, but once inside, we felt welcome. The view from our window of the Pantheon was second to none, and the air conditioning was welcome given the heat even during early autumn. They have one very tiny slow elevator, and there is a lot of steps with no ramps. The staff are amazing and the location is outstanding (right in front of the Pantheon).
