We spent 3 nights here recently and have to say we lived the hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor with stunning views overlooking Rome.
Our room was spotless and towells replaced each time we used them. Breakfast was awesome and we ate in the garden each morning which was beautiful. The staff were lovely, efficient, helpful and friendly.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit and lively and vibrant bars and restaurants nearby.
If we have the opportunity to visit Rime again this would be the hotel without any doubt.
If you are heading to Rome in the heat of the summer this is the perfect hotel; the pool area outweighs any distance to the historical center by far. The bus is very easy to catch; the stop is just around the corner, they run very regularly and it takes between 10-15 minutes to be dropped off right in the heart of the city. The staff are very polite and helpful, and speak English perfectly. There is also a shuttle bus that runs in to town a few times a day. Although we didn't pay to have breakfast, we did order room service a couple of times and the food was excellent.
Nice little place in Trastevere, the staff was always accomodating and friendly. Continental breakfast included. The zone is safe and beautiful, right by the Tevere river which is beautiful to walk by at night. Be aware that the hotel is not reachable by metro, but if you are willing to learn how to go by tram, or (like me) lo e walking, you should be ok

Modern, clean and comfortable. Very convenient stay whilst attending a conference at the University of Archeology just across the river. Beware evening noise from bar below that goes on until 1am even at weekdays.

Very nice room and helpful staff. Great music coming in from the streets at night. If you want someplace quiet, this is not it. If you want an experience in a local spot with wonderful restaurants, shops & cafe then you will be happy. Go for the suite on the top with the patio. We had a regular room and for the price it was not worth it. Also, very steep stairs to climb.

Talk to the manager about the history of the building! Like most of the buildings in Rome, there are many layers and good stories!
The breakfast includes some of the best coffee and baked goods we had while in Rome! I was very impressed with the care that was taken each morning to make such a wonderful spread! They had the nicest towels here!! Almost felt like linen.
We found it easy to walk or take the bus to any part of Rome.
Americans Beware! You must validate (or stamp) your ticket when you use transportation. They are overly dramatic in Italy if they find you with a ticket that has not been stamped.

Excellent location for access to main sites. Very comfortable room, with great friendly staff. Periods of no hot water for a shower was a small problem, but nothing beats getting woken up well in the morning!

Across the River Tiber, Trastevere is a well-established 'boho chic' quarter, full of local character. The patchwork of tiny, cobbled streets houses many bars, good restaurants and buzzing nightlife spots. There is also a treasure trove of medieval churches. In its own piazza, the beautiful Santa Maria in Trastevere has shimmering golden mosaics and was probably Rome's first Christian basilica, founded in 222 AD.
