We absolutely loved our week in this beautiful hotel. It was very well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was most welcome and our host was just wonderful. The location is perfect for those looking to stay in Trastevere. We will most definitely be returning on our next trip to Roma!

Ventisei Scalini a Trastevere is situated in an amazing location, most of central Rome is walkable from Trastevere, it is minutes from amazing sites and world class dining just steps from the door. Trastevere is a lively section of the city in Rome but the guest house was not overly noisy despite the ristorante just outside. The apartment was clean and the owners friendly and helpful. The decor was funky and cool. Being a September trip, the AC was welcome relief from the Rome heat.

This spot was perfect for our 4 night stay in Rome, our room was quiet, the climate control was exceptional, and the convenient location was key. To say that our room was clean doesn’t go far enough, plus is was spacious. One warning though, once you get into the property note that the stairs are a bit steep, not so bad you can’t climb them, but be careful, I am 5’2” and felt safer taking them one at a time. We would absolutely stay here again! Loved the common area decor, coffee, and snacks!!

The property was in an excellent location and the owner/staff were very friendly and responsive. The room was nice but the bed was much smaller than the king size that was advertised, my husbands feet were hanging off the end. Beautiful bathroom. Smart tv was nice but wifi was not reliable. Breakfast snacks (coffee, cookies, packaged pastries, cereals, and apples that were well past their prime) available the first day of our theee day stay but were not replenished. Overall we enjoyed our stay, great restaurants, gelato, take out window, water fountain right outside the door! We would recommend if you are looking for a clean room in the heart of an amazing neighbourhood.
