"The location was great and the owner was wonderful and so helpful with everything. It was a bit different than a normal hotel, but in a very charming way."
"Excellent location, in the center of Rome, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Very convenient. The hosts were very attentive and nice. The room we stayed was very cute, elegant, large and clean. I definitely recommend it! We had a great time!"

10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, safe and great hotel. Would definitely recommend to travelers to Rome. "
"Staff was really great. Area felt safe. Free water machines on each floor with rooms which is extremely useful. Our room was decent sized for 3 people. Definitely recommend."
"Brand new hotel with a nice focus in details and modern amenities. Found it a but frustrating they seem want you to create your own room key and a lot of self serve things, but this is becoming more standard in every service industry. If you prefer to have you check in, they are happy to oblige, tiny cruise size rooms with high focus on tech. But overall a great experience, "
"We loved our stay at Hotel Chapter Roma! The hotel has such a cool, modern vibe, but what truly made it special was the amazing team. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone — from the front desk to the concierge — was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.
A special shoutout to Gianmarco, who was at the desk both when we checked in and when we checked out. On our first day, after a long tour of the Colosseum, I took a spill on the sidewalk and hyperextended my fingers. Gianmarco immediately got me a bag of ice and pointed me in the direction of a nearby pharmacy for some pain releif. He even checked in on me a bit later to see how I was doing. His kindness and attentiveness turned a rough moment into a much more manageable one, and we were so grateful for his genuine care.
The hotel location is perfect, just a short walk to Trastevere, our favorite part of Rome for its excellent cafés, shops, and restaurants. We can’t recommend Hotel Chapter Roma highly enough and will absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the Eternal City."
