"We had a great stay at the Glam, the location was perfect as it’s very walkable to main areas. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very kind! Special shout out Madellena (sp?) she was so welcoming and gave us numerous tips..really appreciate the extra care! A couple things to note is the bath/shower area is open, no door on this area, and it’s on a busy street so bring earplugs, not a deal breaker, just to be aware. The location and all the other benefits of this hotel outweighed these small inconveniences for us."

"I stayed in the Economy Single Room. It is on the 1st floor, but feels more like in a dungeon. The door/window opens to a court yard, at the bottom of a well. The outside air smells like urine. Fortunately the inside of the room is clean and the AC works fine."

"Upgraded to prestige room on arrival. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and very large. Hotel was central and easy to travel from. Breakfast was excellent and had many options. The only negatives were the hot food choices could have been hotter and the coffee machine quality was not good for being in Italy."

"Room was tired, smelt of damp, old fixtures, bad soundproofing and my daughter was sick after eating bacon at breakfast (which was disappointing). I left after one day as I did not think another room would solve the problem. I tried to contact the hotel but no reply"
