It was great to have found this hotel in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of Rome. It is situated in a very quiet street. We found the staff to be very friendly, especially the two ladies that were at the front desk during the day. The room was quite small, yet very comfortable. The breakfast was the usual continental fare served in Europe with eggs, bacon and other hot food available at an extra charge. It is within walking distance from many of the popular attractions in Rome. The Trasevere neighbourhood is just across the river, within five minutes of the hotel, where a number of super restaurants could be found. The Hotel Ponte Sisto was just the right hotel for us!
Super surprised when I saw how nice the room/hotel was!! 1st time in Italy with my 3 grown daughters and the room fit us great. Walking distance to all the historical sites in Rome. The gin bar (in the hotel) had a great staff and great appetizer buffet when u ordered a drink. Complimentary breakfast had so much variety and it kept us full through most of the day of site seeing. Would def recommend this hotel and would stay here again when in Rome!!
The hotel has the most wonderful view over the Piazza Navona, which is a perfect location with many restaurants, artists and entertainers.
The room was comfortable , clean and spacious with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities.
I recommend this hotel , and would definitely stay there again .
Great hotel located near Campo di Fiori so easy access to many places of interest. Quiet street and easy to find. Very friendly and helpful staff and they made the effort to welcome us and help out with any questions.

Great location in front of the Pantheon. Very close (walking distance) to most of Rome's top tourist designations. Hotel staff was great and assisted us in arranging transportation to and from the airport.
You can walk to the entire historic area of Rome as well as Vatican. The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is helpful. It is an old hotel. Rooms are small. Breakfast was excellent. We have stayed here many times for the last two days of our trips before departing from Rome airport. The street is busy and there is a bus stop. Not a quiet corner.

"Amazing location, modern, stylish hotel - book it!"
We recently stayed at the Navona for 3 nights. The hotel is right in the historic centre and from there we walked to all the major sites (Vatican, Colliseum etc). It's very near the Piazza Navona with lots of choice of bars and restaurants. All the surrounding cobbled streets are lovely to wander around and soak in Rome's atmosphere!
The hotel itself has a lovely modern design, an amazing roof terrace and a fantastic buffet breakfast. We thought it was excellent value for money and would definitely return. We had a room on the courtyard side so it was very quiet.
Service at the hotel was very good with the prettiest cappucinos decorated with chocolate drawings of the Colisseum!
If we had to find one complaint, it would be that the restaurant recommendations were a little expensive and one was closed on the night they recommended it, but there were plenty of restaurants to choose from so it didn't make any difference to us.
Staff were very approachable and friendly and coped with a very international clientele!
Taxis from the airport to hotel are a set 48Euros. Alternatively the train from airport to Termini rail station is 15Euros each but then the taxi still charged us a set rate of 20 euros from there (due to two small cases apparently!) so it worked out a similar price for 2 of us as a taxi all the way.
The moment the White Taxi started to roll, the driver said he would charge us 60 Euro to the hotel. It is printed on a board at the airport that it is supposed to be 48 Euro. That is why we took the White Taxi. But we did not want to argue with the Taxi Driver to ruin our Roman Holiday! When we complained to the hotel manager, they called the White Taxi company. They could not get to them, so the hotel gave us 10 Euro -- "We want you to have a positive memory of Rome." Somebody loves Rome as all Romans should, especially the Taxi Drivers. We walked everywhere from the hotel, that is how close it is to all important sites. We loved it so much that we would always stay in this hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was very easy to get to main tourists attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Vatican, etc. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was great. I will miss their pastries!
In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Rome’s most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Bernini’s baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon – one of Rome’s great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
