Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

"Once we got there and you get your barring, it’s not terrible. But navigating around the resort is hard. Yes you can walk everywhere. But we were in casa 5 with a 3 year old who didn’t want to walk and the golf carts or transport vans were a lengthy wait. The app was down because we were told it was going under new management and we had do go to the front to make reservations. We didn’t love that lunch didn’t open till 12:30. Again, we have a 3 year old that eats earlier. So that was a little harder to navigate. Our fridge never got cold and our shower never got hot."

"Tout les restaurants à la carte étaient décevant vraiment. Malheureusement le buffet était meilleure.. Beaucoup d’algue pour la période d’août Très petit resort, petite piscine … pour un séjour de 1 semaine, tu fais vite le tour… Ce n’est pas un 9/10, je donne à l’hôtel un 7.8/10 Tout le personnel était parfait et très accueillant"

"It was my family’s very first stay at this all inclusive hotel! The kids had so much fun the staff was amazing and friendly! The lunch room is authentic and we were treated like royalty! We will be coming back to this amazing and beautiful place so close to nature !"

"Really enjoyed this Resort! So much to see it was quiet.. The staff were pretty good. Only downfall was some of the buffet items . But overall a good place to go!"

"Family friendly, awesome staff !! First time we visited this resort was about 15 years ago, this year was our fourth visit, and the place is still amazing, just like the first time. My only recommendation will be for management to check the temperature of the pool, the whole family agreed was a bit too warm :)."
