"My son and I booked here very last minute as my dad was admitted to the Northumbrian Emergency Centre. It was only 10 minutes from the hospital so very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all lovely I’d definitely stay here again and recommend x"

"5th floor club room with river view was great; complimentary drinks vouchers on arrival were nice touch. Hotel was overall ok but decor in lobby bar and restaurant are was all a bit bland, could do with a redesign and some comfy seating areas? Decent location just a short walk from some great pubs bars and restaurants! Breakfast buffet was ok but nothing exciting."

"Excellent attentive staff in every area of hotel. I stay there regularly when visiting friends and family and my only two beefs are that the elevators seem very slow and the rooms themselves do not have enough lighting. The beds are super comfortable and rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are huge but would be nice to have face cloths again but I am noticing a trend internationally regarding this! Great for parking and public transport is very handy if needed. I will be staying there again."
