An unreal experience. Highly recommend rooms 415 through 419 for secluded privacy. Wonderful suites, incredible architecture, furnishing and amenities. Service level is above any resort we have stayed at before. Every detail was impressive and wonderful. Pricey but worth every dollar.

Beautiful property, secluded, great pools and restaurants, friendly staff. Good location to be able to visit Mayan ruins. The only downside is a relatively small beach. Bikes are available to ride around the property. We never had to wait for anything (spa reservation, tennis reservation, restaurant, etc)
