Good sized clean room with bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a shared lounge and kitchen area too. Excellent location for Luton airport, only about 7ish minutes drive. Off road parking was helpful too. Would highly recommend for an airport stopover.

Stayed with my 5yo son for two nights, we got the train into London one day and drove to the Warner brothers studio the next.
I had the car with me so the location was ideal, not busy and right off the M1.
The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, the room service food wasn’t amazing but the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice and time to get there.
We swam twice in the pool which my son loved. Would stay again if we were to return to the Warner bros studio.
