"Very nice courtyard room, main building was very nice. However, service was disappointing. Arrive slightly early (2.30pm) for check-in in at 3pm, not allowed, room not available -OK fair enough. So sat & waited until 3pm. Tried to check in.....rooms still not available, would be 20mins-30mins, so oeft to return later. "We arrived earlier than check in states as we were going to park up and head straight out. We were allowed to check in early which was great. Our room was huge, very clean & the was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (serve yourself style) there was plenty of everything. "
