The location was good, and staff and services were also wonderful. But building and fucilities were too old, and the cleaning was not thorough. Unfurtunately, the negative aspects diminished its positive ones.....

Dirty rooms (rubbish on floor and stains on a table), but the bathroom was renovated and the beds were ok. The location just next to the railway station was good.

The hotel is in an ideal location in Leeds for shopping and not far from the arena if you are going to a show. It’s clean and the rooms I have stayed in have been spacious, I have not had breakfast there. The only downside at my stay this time was my room was directly above the entrance and I could hear people walking past and visiting the shops over the road and all the trafic at the trafic lights well into the early hours. Next time I will ask for a higher level room. But the hotel is definitely worth what you pay.

Basic, but clean and perfect location for station

One night stay for work. Was basic hotel but clean and had everything I needed. Perfect for the train station, was just a two minute walk. Only downside was the building works taking place outside so at 7.30am there was loud voices and noise outside.
