The hotel is well located for a break in the journey as it is very close to the A1/M although you can't hear the traffic. It would be good for exploring the local area including York and Harrogate and quite a bit cheaper than most hotels in the city centre. The rooms are well furnished, clean and comfortable and the hotel is dog friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the service is very good. At the price, it is very good value for money.

The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road. We had a fabulous 3 days.

Fantastic accommodation in a perfect location. Fran & Jamie are most welcoming and attentive to all needs. Our room was spotlessly clean & tastefully furnished. There were two mince pies left in our room for us on arrival, a lovely festive gesture. Breakfast was delicious, absolutely anything you could ask for, along with freshly baked bread of which the aroma filled the Hotel first thing in the morning. Stayed with my husband for our Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing. The Hotel knew this and left us a lovely note and some chocolates in our room for when we arrived, what a lovely surprise. We went to the Spa for a swim and sauna, we almost fell asleep on the beds we were so relaxed.

We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. A near perfect stay at Delta hotels. The food, staff and pool were perfect. The only minus was the room’s bathroom which desperately needs an upgrade. Otherwise a great hotel next to the racecourse with a beautiful walk down the river into York. Would definitely come back.

A two night stay at this lovely hotel which is very well placed in Harrogate. We had a premium room which had the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. Spotlessly clean and well appointed/decorated with a fabulous view (on 8th floor). Reception staff were lovely and check in was quick. Please note this is a card only hotel.

Lovely inside,lovely host and great breakfast. Didnt like so many lights on outside the room and cushions on the bed as they are not able to be washed at 60 degrees and generally just a waste of space.

Very helpful staff to pre-book parking (a real bonus in Harrogate!) and have the space reserved. Check in process was very quick and slick. Room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price!

A very traditional bed and breakfast guest house. The room was excellent with probably the best hotel bed for comfort I have ever stayed in. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast was a very traditional English breakfast; cooked and served promptly with care and attention to detail. Extra toast and orange juice offered without prompting. I love the design of the Indigo hotels and this one is no different. Staff very friendly. Location good with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops nearby. (The Spanish restaurant across the road is really friendly as we popped in for a glass of fizz. ) would definitely recommend it

Love this hotel !! Always a warm welcome from Gerry on reception- terrific service. Awesome room. Beautiful restaurant with a super cool vibe.Would recommend a room on front of hotel as the noise from air conditioning unit in some rooms at the back is disturbing with the window open .
