We had lovely service from everyone, a very comfortable room, and a first-rate breakfast (free continental with the room one day and added an omelet for £6 another day). "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Some ways great, some ways not so. Location and area are excellent for central London. Staff are helpful and polite, rooms and facilities are clean and modern. Downside is rooms, while efficient are cramped. Everything is tight and little storage. Lobby of hotel is like an Internet cafe, so many laptops and people working in there all day it was at times difficult as a guest, to find a seat. Breakfast eggs were oily and sausages dry, so didn’t explore the menu after that as it was off putting....
