"From start to finish our overnight stay was wonderful.The Staff were fabulous.They cdnt have done enough for you.The breakfast was delicious and having Coeliac disease everything was catered for including Gluten free table with dedicated Toaster.Thankyou so much.Will definitely recommend to friends.Will come back again.Thankyou for Everything. "We had an enjoyable stay.All aspects very pleasing - especially the Indian food dishes which we ordered. Breakfasts very good too. We had a well-appointed room, spacious and suitable for my disabled wife. My only criticism is about policy of only servicing rooms when asked for; regular daily servicing means any problems are seen and can be dealt with sooner rather than later. Care for environment can be seen to by asking simply for thoughtful use of towels - avoid unnecessary washing. Thank you."

"Clean hotel, needs a bit of a face lift in certain areas. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good value, with an adequate selection. I paid for an early check in (10.00 to 12.00), but on arrival none of the 3 rooms booked were available, 1st room became available within 15/20 minutes, then shortly afterwards the 2nd room became available. I also enquired about my upgrade bid on 1 of the rooms, that I was told I would hear about most likely before my arrival, which I did not, I was advised by a very polite front of desk lady member of staff that there were no family suites available, so my bid was unsuccessful. The kind lady did say that they would waiver to charge for early check in, as the hotel had failed to accommodate that request. I left front of desk with 2 of my 3 rooms and was told the 3rd room would be full cleaned within 15/20 minutes. I had to leave the hotel to get ready at home for a function, leaving my family who had travelled some distance in the 2 available rooms to also get ready for the function. On my return to the hotel I was told by my family that the hotel staff had come back to them and said an upgrade to a family suite was now available and did we want it, but we declined, as we were already settled in all our individual rooms and it would have been hassle to move as we were on a tight schedule to reach the destination of our function. On the whole the overall stay was good, but the early check in and upgrade were very disappointing."

"Easy access to long stay car park. Lovely restaurant now open, the supervisor in there very attentive and doesn't miss anything, giving advice to the younger members of the team. Rooms are getting ready for a revamp, and please replace the milk sachets, there are never enough and it goes all over the place."

"Beautiful cozy room, excellent staff. Like every other time we have stayed here 5+ as our family live nearby, the breakfast is so poor. Very limited choice and not very well made. Which is surprising as the restaurant lunchtime and evening service and quality is far superior. There was limited choice, lots of basics they had run out of (sausages and bacon on a weekend and also yoghurt) and not very well made, overcooked eggs etc. It has put off other family members staying in the future as it is more expensive than some in the area yet they prefer to stay somewhere basic and eat out the following morning for this reason. Everything else lovely, staff very attentive and welcoming."
