The only let down was the lack of gluten free options on the menu in the restaurant for our evening meal. It took 3 staff for me to explain my dietary needs for coeliac disease before finally being offered an adapted chicken dinner."

"Not sure how its a 4-star. Anyway, the restaurant was really good, great food (but a bit heavy on cheese and light on mushrooms in the risotto) and wine. Special recognition for Tilly, who was very attentive. The fire alarm went off 12 times in the night, really? The room, No. 17, was way too hot, maybe that's what triggered the alarm? The heated towel rail was on full and I couldn't see how to turn it off. The bathroom extractor fan ran on for ages."
