Good hotel and staff are good and friendly. The Hotel needs a bit of and upgrade. Our room was functional and clean but needs and updating. The positional of the hotel which was within a short walk of Chelmsford town centre and shops was excellent . The car park was large but again needed upgrading including the signage.
