"The grounds are stunning as you approach the hotel. Lots of parking which is always a plus. Reception staff were very welcoming. Unfortunately I booked this hotel to enjoy the spa facilities. I booked the day of the stay. When booking in, there were notices to advise the spa facilities were out of service. Extremely disappointed. If I had known this prior or been notified I would have changed my plans. The room it self was very nice, bed was comfortable."

"Great stay. The location was convenient near the punting, the university, and the city center. The staff members were friendly, and the hotel was well equipped. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, but the huge pain au chocolats looked good. Would recommend!"

"Great room and beautiful central atrium Maybe change the coffee machine to a better quality one as cumbersome with ill-fitting biodegradable coffee capsules. Excellent stay - lovely room and great location. Definitely recommend and we will definitely stay again!"
