"I booked this stay for a birthday getaway for me and a couple of friends. It was so beautiful, the location was amazing just outside of a picturesque village. Everything we could need was provided. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the hot tub was exceptional and the communication from Charlie was excellent! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking at booking this place! "The hotel was lovely, beautiful location and surrounding. Unfortunately there was wedding, birthday parties and event on and the we felt the service was slow. It took a while for someone to come over to our table, or take orders. We had to go to the bar to order more drinks, everything just took so long. For dinner, had to ask 2 staff for mustard, and the steak sauce came as the steak was nearly finished. I can only assumed dues to the busy weekend that services was less attentive, but staff are polite and friendly, breakfast was fantastic and service were great. I would still recommend this hotel."
