(502 reviews) The staff was super courteous. Everything seemed clean for the most part. The personal pool wasn't clean. It had a bunch of little bugs floating that you could only see at night. However, I feel it's only right to say I'm missing a $100 bill from my bag. Also, i had to look closely at my bills before paying them. Twice i was being overcharged and had it corrected. They hold the cc machine so you can pay, but not see the invoice, while telling you the price. Beautiful views and awesome lagoon!!
