"We had SOOO much fun at the Hard Rock!! Jose made our time so special at the central pool. The roomy, the beach, the grounds, and the restaurants were all so beautiful and clean. One of the largest places I've stayed at, but they have trollies every 15 mins! Highly recommend!! "

"Nice but needs more activities for younger children. Parents should be allowed in the play area to do crafts. The fridge should always be stocked without asking. It was annoying having to call for things. For the price we paid the pool in the room was dirty. I had to call and ask for cleaning. Staff were 5 star, everyone was nice and helpful. Character breakfast is a must. Overall it was not a 5 star all inclusive. I would give it a 3 1/2 star. "

"This property is absolutely beautiful! It’s very clean on th grounds, the lounge areas, by the pool, the halls and the room. They have plenty of dining options and are located throughout the property so you get a chance to walk around and enjoy the view. There’s an app you download that was extremely helpful. You book all your reservations there and it has the menu for all of the restaurants. You can get room service through there, any maintenance issues, and it has a property map. The resort...

"Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. Great that it’s on the beach, always lots of chairs...
