The resort is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and it has a lot of amenities. The food was pretty decent with lots of variety but if you weren't in the Priveledge section it was difficult to get reservations at the a la carte restaurants.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive! they really made the experience feel special. The food exceeded our expectations, with plenty of variety and consistently great quality. We especially loved spending time at the beach, which was absolutely beautiful and quickly became our favorite spot to relax. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and we’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

We would go back and highly recommend our friends. The food is outstanding in the buffet, with beautiful selections. Super clean everywhere including all bathrooms! Highly recommend making reservations at the steak house, order the picañia, you won't regret it. Service is fast and the quality of the neat was outstanding. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The pools are great, drinks are very mild but tasty!! We lucked out with perfect weather so we enjoyed pickleball everyday!!!

Overall the property was well maintained, safe, and beautiful. There was plenty to do onsite! However, as a "Privilege" guest with premium services, our initial concierge failed to provide us the proper access pass to recieve the premium services. The resort was good, had a lot of fun spent 5 nights. The food was good, the resort is big and the beach was close. I would go back it was very nice for me and my wife on her birthday. Only negative thing i would say is that we were not aware that there was a “privilege” part where they get special treatment such as top shelf liquor. That kind of threw us off because had that been known before we would’ve thought more about it. Also the gym was being reconstructed the whole time of my stay so I couldn’t workout which kind of hurt a little. Overall, it was a fun time and a memory we’ll never forget

Staff was really nice. However they wasted 3hrs of my time trying to sell me a membership. Said no 4-5 times and they still insisted on selling me the membership, bringing the price down and stuff lol. Over all the place is nice. Pool was nice. Beach was pretty nice. Drinks are a little water down, so gotta ask them to make it stronger. I can see myself coming back knowing what I know now. Definitely won’t waste time having them sell me a membership.

Loved how big the pool was. Since there were 2 huge pools you never had to be too close to someone you didn’t know. The rooms were cleaned daily and drinks were replenished as well. The only thing I was say is that the restroom did have an odd smell. Not the worst smell but still a smell. Staff was very nice to us, if anything the only person who wasn’t welcoming was the lady at the front desk. Checkout wise the guy in that same area was very friendly. Another thing that was a little annoying was that they basically try to get you to buy a timeshare while you are there. I just had to tell them right off the bat we aren’t interested.

We had such a great stay! The service was excellent from start to finish. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were all so kind, welcoming, and attentive. You can really tell they care about their guests. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our room clean and refreshed every day. Everything was always well taken care of. The only small downside was that our room usually got cleaned in the afternoon, which wasn’t always the most convenient for us. I also want to give a special shoutout to two wonderful buffet servers. Digna, our favorite dinner server, was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and attentive. There was also another lovely lady who worked in the same area during breakfast and lunch. I wish I remembered her name. Both of them truly made our dining experience extra special and something we looked forward to every day. My husband and I stayed at this resort for 6 nights and 7 days. Overall, we were very disappointed. The staff and workers were terrible and treated us terrible. The attitude of “if you want it get up and go get it.” They barely understood our request. The room, I booked a kind and they gave us a room with a double bed and refused to give us a king bed room, which I booked through Expedia and their excuse was there were overbooked. All the alcoholic drinks tasted like juice. There was no alcohol. Their coffee did not have any espresso. Not one server came to us to give us drinks. We had to get up and get all our drinks ourselves. You cannot eat by the pool or the beach. And there were no waiters for the pool or the beach. You have to go get your stuff no one helps you. All their food selection was very mid. This is the first resort where we did not find any chicken or steak. Their burgers were 70% fat. Their open buffet had no selection. We always left hungry. Do not waste your money there and find another place to stay out to get your moneys worth.

Overall, this is a nice resort my wife and I enjoyed. We had many negative experiences here that would make us not come back though. Pros: - Immaculately clean resort inside the rooms and without. The rooms are great and the entire resort is very nice - Beautiful beach that the staff are constantly cleaning. The pool is huge. - Very nice central area complete with multiple restaurants, a coffee shop, ice cream, a very nice outside lobby/lounge, a theatre, etc. It’s all designed around a central pond - The food in the buffet is actually good and they rotate the menu every evening for variety - The shows are entertaining and worth going to in the evening Cons: - English is NOT spoken well here, if at all. - Service is hit or miss. Sometimes it was great, other times you won’t see your cleaning lady for a couple days, or you’ll sit forgotten about at dinner for 30 minutes waiting to order. - You need to pay for “Privilege” status to enjoy this resort to the fullest. You will be unable to get a table at the restaurants, or find sunbeds on the beach and at the pool otherwise. - Resort is filled with salesmen and scammers. DO NOT buy anything or book excursions onsite. Use Expedia to book safely. After being scammed by the hotel on a snorkeling trip that ended up being a party boat which wasted 6 hours of our day, the guest services lady told me “you were lied to you; what do you want me to do about it?” Be aware that you are a cash cow to them if you only speak English.
